EXTRAORDINARY RISK MANAGEMENT

The iCAB device is an onboard system that automates warnings and emergency indicators that instantly initiate a response sequence of activities. The iCAB device captures imagery both in the vehicles cab and on the road at the time of the event.

This information is processed by our 24 hour operations centre for reviewing and initiating incident management. Recorded data, from all incidents are captured and processed to produce an extremely comprehensive risk report, to assist you in cost effective risk management.

Press the RED Panic Button on the Device.

Press the GREEN Button on the device (Breakdown Notifications and Assistance Requests).

HANDS FREE COMMUNICATION

The iCAB device allows contact between the driver and your control room at any time. All calls made to the device from the Libra Assist Operational Centre are recorded for reporting purposes.

MOVEMENT & STOP

As soon as the vehicle starts moving, the specified messages are sent. 20 Minutes after the vehicle remains stationary the specified STOP message is sent.

SNAP SHOT

If you require a snap shot of your vehicle (in the cab and of the road) you are able to use our web interface to request and view this.

ACCIDENT IMAGERY

In the event of an incident such as an accident, the footage received from the iCAB device is analysed and included in an extensive report that is used to assist you the client with risk management.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

The World Wide Web forms an integral part of the iCAB service value system. You, the client are able to manage your vehicle information on the Libra Assist Web interface. This interface allows our clients to customise the types of notifications they would like to receive.

After the initial WEB interface setup and training, your notifications are automatically delivered via SMS or E-mail to one or multiple recipients. This notification includes the exact location of the incident, as well as other important information detailing the event.

SUPPORT

In the event of an accident or the panic signal being triggered, an automatic notification is sent to the Libra Assist Operational Centre in order for the incident management process to be initiated. Management Services include:
